There wasn’t only one pap in the day of the Chantelle thing, but yes, all the pictures taken of the twins in LA are planned.
Sometimes it isn’t even the paparazzi fault they are part of a stunt. People call them with the information; they go to the place and take the pics. And that was possibly true when Lies Angeles said a source called him to tell Bill, Tom and Ria were at a restaurant. This happens a lot in Hollywood. Only, the ”sources” usually work for the artist
