Sehnsucht nach Parkservice in Restaurants

Die "Tokio Hotel"-Brüder Tom und Bill Kaulitz leben inzwischen in den USA. Nach ihrem Comeback-Album plauderten die Musiker nun über das Leben in L.A. und die Unterschiede zur Heimat. Bei deutschen Restaurants würden sie sich mehr Service wie etwa beim Parken wünschen.

Es hat vier Jahre gedauert, bis "Tokio Hotel" mit einem neuen Album um die Ecke kamen. "Kings of Suburbia" heißt der aktuelle Longplayer, der komplett in ihrer Wahlheimat USA entstand. In Los Angeles fühlen sich die Brüder zwar nicht unwohl, dennoch gebe es nach wie vor Dinge, die sie aus Deutschland vermissen. Allerdings sei es beim Heimatgedanken grundsätzlich egal, wo man sich auf der Welt befinde, wie Tom (25), der Zwilling von Bill Kaulitz (25) im Interview mit der Zeitschrift "Jolie" erklärt: "Heimat bedeutet für mich die eigenen vier Wände, egal, wo die stehen. Solange meine Hunde, meine Familie und meine Freunde bei mir sind, fühle ich mich zu Hause."

Dennoch sei das Geburtsland nach wie vor etwas Besonderes für Bill Kaulitz: "Wenn wir nach Deutschland kommen, haben wir eher das Gefühl, alles unter Kontrolle zu haben. Das Land haben wir komplett verstanden, es gibt keinen Kulturschock." Anders wiederum sehe es bei manchen Details aus, die in den USA einfach besser gelöst seien: "Zum Beispiel der Parkservice bei Restaurants oder Hotels. Warum ist das nicht auch hier Standard?" Insofern habe der "Tokio Hotel"-Star als Optimum vor Augen: "Am liebsten würde ich das Beste aus beiden Welten zusammenwerfen und das perfekte Land kreieren."

Dinge, die stören, gebe es aber auch über dem großen Teich, so Bill Kaulitz: "Allein die Visa- und Greencard-Formalitäten erinnern uns immer daran, dass wir keine Amerikaner sind." Auch gewisse Kleinigkeiten fehlten einfach, wie der "Tokio Hotel"-Beau weiter erklärt: "Ich verbinde mit Heimat aber auch den Geschmack von Schmalzkuchen und deutschem Brot." Was Tom Kaulitz nur bestätigen kann: "Stimmt, und gebrannte Mandeln. Und ich liebe Anisbonbons."

Ведущая: Это так... Альбом начал хорошо и поднялся на второе место, но потом резко свалился вниз. И говорят, что во многом виноват новый стиль альбома.

Саша: Из этой же газеты я узнал, что было продано всего лишь 17 тысяч копий альбома, и это в сравнении с предыдущим альбомом, который тоже не особенно хорошо продавался... По-моему у альбома “Schrei”, если я не ошибаюсь, было продано 800000 копий, и который реально был очень успешным, но 17000 — это не очень хорошо. Дела у сингла идут тоже не особенно хорошо: “Love Who Love You Back” сейчас на 64 месте. Говорят, будто бы Universal вложили в альбом и группу 1 миллион. Да. И я уверен, что сейчас в Universal определенно делают вот так (хватается обеими руками за лицо). Вообще говорят, что наступил кризис.

Ведущая: Я считаю, что этот стиль очень хорош. Особенно если сейчас мы послушаем их раннюю музыку и сравним.

Саша: Да! Я считаю, что этот альбом просто супер, и три сингла для меня мега крутые. М-м-м, я считаю, что видео тоже классные. Я считаю, что все сделано просто супер отлично. А что вы думаете? Удалось ли возвращение Tokio Hotel? Нравится ли вам их музыка? Или вообще не нравится? Чья в том вина, что все складывается не так удачно? Возможно, через какое-то время ожидания, все еще вдруг пойдет хорошо?

Ведущая: Кто знает?

Саша: Может быть, некоторым людям надо некоторое время, чтобы определиться, а только потом купить. Даже у нас есть такие, которые еще не купили альбом. Таким людям нужно больше времени на то, чтобы им понравилась музыка, и только потом они все покупают.

Vier Jahre lang herrschte Ruhe um Tokio Hotel – kürzlich meldeten sich die Herren mit ihrem neuen Album ‘Kings of Suburbia’ zurück. Dass die Fan-Hysterie ungebrochen ist, zeigt auch Tatsache, dass sich das exklusive Interview mit dem Magazin ‘Jolie’ von Tokio Hotel samt Fotoshoot via Internet weltweit von China über Kanada bis Spanien wie ein Lauffeuer verbreitet hat.

Auch unzählige Facebook und Twitter-Anfragen erreichten die Redaktion des Blattes, wann die aktuelle Ausgabe mit dem Tokio-Hotel-Feature endlich am Kiosk erhältlich sei. Darin sprechen Sänger Bill und Gitarrist Tom Kaulitz (beide 25) u.a. auch über den Begriff “Heimat”.

Tom sagte dazu: “Heimat bedeuten für mich die eigenen vier Wände, egal, wo die stehen. Solange meine Hunde, meine Familie und meine Freunde bei mir sind, fühle ich mich zu Hause. Aber wenn wir nach Deutschland kommen, haben wir eher das Gefühl, alles unter Kontrolle zu haben. Das Land haben wir komplett verstanden, es gibt keinen Kulturschock. Andererseits ist auch an den USA vieles toll, zum Beispiel der Parkservice bei Restaurants oder Hotels. Warum ist das nicht auch hier Standard?” Am liebsten würde er das Beste aus beiden Welten zusammenwerfen und das perfekte Land kreieren, so Tom weiter. Bruder Bill ergänzt: “Allein die Visa- und Greencard-Formalitäten erinnern uns immer daran, dass wir keine Amerikaner sind (lacht). Ich verbinde mit Heimat aber auch den Geschmack von Schmalzkuchen und deutschem Brot.“

Die Zwillingsbrüder sprachen auch über die wilde Orgie in ihrem aktulles Video ‘Love Who Loves You Back’. Bill erklärte: „Das wollte ich schon lange machen, weil ich die Schlussszene im Film „Das Parfum“ klasse finde, die so ähnlich ist. Mir war wichtig, dass wir gleichgeschlechtliche Liebe, dünne und dicke, alte und junge Menschen sehen. Denn ich glaube, dass man sich nicht aussuchen kann, in wen man sich verliebt.“ Und Tom fügt hinzu. „Bei der Orgie blieb nur die Frage offen: Machen wir alle mit? Doch dann waren wir uns schnell einig, dass nur Bill dabei ist.“

ONTD Original: Six times Bill Kaulitz went above and beyond for Halloween

Hey ONTD, resident Tokio Hotel/BK stan here. I've seen ONTDers complain that a lot of celebs don't go all out for Halloween like Heidi Klum does. Well, I would like to tell you about one of her compatriots, the effervescent, the illuminous: Bill Kaulitz.

I will be ranking his costumes from the past few years from 1-6, so join me if you dare feel like it.

#6: Xerxes

Why this costume is awesome: He's shirtless and that's always appreciated. He interpreted the character a bit differently than how he appears in the movie, but he still looks pretty good and the makeup isn't too shabby.

Why this costume isn't ranked higher: Let's be honest here: Bill completely gave up as soon as he reached his waist. In the movie, Xerxes wears a straight-up thong and little else, which Bill conveniently seems to have left out of his version. Now, I don't blame him for not wanting to wear a thong on Halloween! But he could have at least put on gold tights and some belts to keep up the theme. And this is probably his least scary costume, but A for effort I suppose!

#5: Eyes Wide Shut

Why this costume is awesome: Once again Bill is half naked, and the view is even nicer. Eyes Wide Shut is admittedly an interesting choice for a Halloween costume; not exactly scary, but still a bit disturbing and a visually fun costume. He pulls it off pretty well and looks good doing it.

Why this costume isn't ranked higher: Something here is just a bit off. Maybe it's the fake gold necklace, or the tights, or the facepaint. Is he Nicole Kidman's character, or Tom Cruise's (or neither)? And who has been cutting him open? Not his most cohesive of costumes.

#4: Fallen Angel

Why this costume is awesome: Thematically cohesive, great prop wings, and the commitment to wear heelless platform shoes on Halloween night. The makeup is especially beautiful, and I am never one to complain about seeing Bill in a leather catsuit.

Why this costume isn't ranked higher: This is where my complaints get nitpicky. While I love this costume, dressing in all black was a mistake. Bill turned more or less into a feathered black blob, and all the details of his costume got lost. And this costume is almost too pretty, not scary enough for Halloween!

#3: Clown

Why this costume is awesome: This is Bill's costume from this year, which he admitted to having nothing ready for just a couple days before Halloween. For a last-minute costume, this is well done and deserves some praise. The hair is definitely a refreshing take on the classic clown wig and he went a different direction with his makeup as well, which paid off. He's just damn creepy to look at.

Why this costume isn't ranked higher: The outfit is good and suits the overall costume, but his time constraints show here. It looks like he walked into a costume shop, bought a full outfit, and went with it. He still looks amazing but the effort isn't here as it is in his other costumes. Plus clowns are a Halloween staple--not exactly a creative choice compared to some of his other costumes.

#2: Satan

Why this costume is awesome: What's not to like? It's scary and well done head to foot. He even went all out with the sheep's horns, wings, and 6" tall demon platform shoes. If you are going to be Satan for a day (or rather, a night), this is the way to do it.

Why this costume isn't ranked higher: One of the biggest shortcomings of this costume is simply that there aren't any good pictures of it. It's just too hard to tell what's going on here. Plus, Bill doesn't win any originality points for this one either: Satan is the Halloween go-to. He put a great spin on it for sure, but a cliché it still is.

#1: Demon

There's a reason why this is the only costume that was professionally photographed and that is because it is the best. Do I have to explain why? This costume is a great mixture of pretty and scary. He looks like an underworld creature on his way to a dinner party. Every detail is perfect and not too much. My only, single complaint is that he could have shaved--I mean, he's a very sophisticated demon, right?

There you have it ONTD! How would you all rank his costumes? Sorry this wasn't funnier but I've been sick all weekend and just wasn't feeling it. Feel free to add your own snarky commentary ONTD and hope your Halloweens were great!

Визажист Билл помогает брату с его костюмом. Это для тех, кто всё ещё не верит, что Билл действительно всё делает сам. Он, конечно же, не Хайди Клум, но получает оценку "5" за старания!

Солист Tokio Hotel — поклонник России?

Билл Каулитц удивил российских фанов. На днях он появился в майке с надписью на русском зыке. У солиста Tokio Hotel было написано множество фраз, к примеру, эти: «Слов мало», «Позвольте мне любовь и кражи», «Вы действительно хотите сделать мне больно», «Я танцевал внутри».

На самом деле футболка британского пошива, это известная марка “KTZ”. Также Билл надел перчатки с религиозные символами и буквами на греческом языке того же бренда. Этот забавный наряд Каулитц выбрал для промо альбома “Kings Of Suburbia”, когда за один день посетил несколько американских шоу.

Последний диск у Tokio Hotel вышел 3 октября, скоро команда отправится в турне.
